Overview

The project aims to enhance the efficiency and user experience of queue management systems at Puskesmas or Hospital, community health clinics in Indonesia. These clinics often face challenges in managing patient queues effectively, leading to long wait times and operational inefficiencies. The User Interface Kiosk is designed to streamline the queue management process, providing patients with an intuitive and efficient way to check-in and monitor their queue status.

Responsibility

  1. Designed the user interface for the self-service kiosk Puskesmas or Hospital, focusing on intuitive navigation, clear information presentation, and visually appealing aesthetics to enhance user experience
  2. Developed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for the self-service kiosk using Figma
  3. Designed comprehensive user flows to map out the steps users take to achieve their goals within the application

Problems

  1. Current check-in procedures at Puskesmas or Hospital rely heavily on manual processes, such as paper-based forms and verbal communication.
  2. Patients may not have clear visibility into their queue status and estimated wait times.
  3. Patients often experience extended wait times due to inefficient queue management systems.
  4. Clinic staff may face challenges in managing patient flow and optimizing appointment schedules.
