Overview

CareCircle is an integrated support platform designed to provide convenience in patient care management. With comprehensive and integrated features, such as online health consultation, medication schedule management, and digital health records, CareCircle is expected to improve the overall quality of patient care. The app is also designed with a user-friendly interface to ensure optimal user experience for both patients and healthcare professionals.

Teams

In this project, I team up with Zulva Fadillah Ma’ruf as UI/UX Designer and Muhammad Fajar as UI/UX Designer for UI/UX Design Competition

Responsibility

In our UI/UX project, my responsibility encompasses several key aspects:

1. Crafting the visual elements of the interface, including typography, color schemes, and iconography.
2. Ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Crafting the medicine and health record reminder flow and screen for patient.
4. Building interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.

Problems

Patients often forget to take their medication on time, slowing recovery or worsening their condition. Additionally, limited access to medical records and scattered health data across facilities make it hard for them to track their overall health effectively.
