Overview

The Ujianku Web is a user-friendly platform designed to simplify and enhance offline exam preparation and management for elementary schools. It streamlines data management, facilitates collaboration between administrators, teachers, and head master. Empowers informed through exam reports and exam card for students.

Responsibility

1. Conducted user research and analysis to identify user needs, problem, and prefrences.
2. Create user personas to guide the design process.
3. Created detailed use case diagrams to illustrate system functionalities and user interactions
4. Developed comprehensive user flows to map out the user journey through the product.
5. Created wireframes using figma to visualize the website structure.
6. Created high-fidelity UI designs, including layout, typography, and color schemes.

Problem

When I interviewed the school administrator about exam management preparation, she explained how difficult it was to handle everything on her own. Managing all the data manually often leads to human error, and entering information for each student's exam card is particularly challenging. She expressed the need for a single platform that can manage and enhance offline exam preparation.

Challenge

Difficulty in understanding the specific requirements and pain points of school administrators, especially if they are not tech-savvy and may have trouble articulating their needs. So, I must have an individual research and ask my programmer friend to solve my problems.
